| Dan
Baldyga is a retired insurance executive. He
was the national claims manager for one of the largest
insurance companies in the United States. He
was an expert witness in court on behalf of his company
in hundreds of cases for over a decade before finally
becoming disillusioned with how badly consumers were
taken advantage of by the insurance industry and the
legal system. Dan wrote his first consumer
self-help insurance settlement book - and was promptly
terminated by the insurance company.
He appeared on several nationally televised talk shows
and happily left the insurance industry for a new
and highly successful career as the Vice President
of Sales & Marketing for one of the nation's leading
paper distributors. Dan is now enjoying his
retirement and his grand-children at his home in New
England, and he has once again rekindled his passion
of helping laymen get their due from the insurance
industry.
Dan Baldyga writes as a featured columnist on insurance
claims for various national periodicals whose combined
readership is in excess of one million people .
He has published several books on insurance claims
and is considered one of the leading authorities
in the country on auto accident personal injury claims.
He is not an attorney and does not purport to
offer legal advice...but instead offers the "inside
story" on how to absolutely maximize your claim
without the need for an attorney. |
